Overview

AbsoluteCare is a value-based healthcare provider focused on delivering coordinated primary care to underserved communities and patients with complex medical needs. Clear communication is critical in this environment to educate patients about prevention, testing, treatment, and how to access care.

Challenge

AbsoluteCare needed a unified communication system to support patient education and public health outreach across multiple regions, particularly around sensitive topics like HIV prevention and treatment.

Strategy

I developed a communication framework translating AbsoluteCare’s integrated care model into clear messaging for patients and communities, centered around the campaign concept “All Care Is Primary.”

Execution

I created a catalog of communication materials used across the Eastern United States to support patient education and public health outreach, including campaigns focused on HIV awareness, testing, treatment, and prevention.

Impact

The campaign helped align messaging across clinics and outreach programs, strengthening awareness of AbsoluteCare’s integrated care model and encouraging greater engagement with prevention and treatment services.
