Coastwise Health is a regional healthcare provider operating across insurance, mental health, and wellness services, with a focus on delivering more integrated, accessible care. As the organization expanded, there was a need to better define how its services were positioned, communicated, and brought to market.

I was brought in to help clarify their go-to-market strategy and regional positioning, aligning brand, services, and digital experience into a more cohesive system. The goal was to create a clearer connection between what they offer and how patients discover, understand, and engage with care.

Bringing brand, storytelling,
and digital into alignment

The Challenge

Over several years I've led a full transformation of Coastwise Health’s digital presence, beginning with renaming and repositioning the brand to better reflect its services and connect more clearly with patients. The new identity and URL immediately clarified what the organization offers.

The Outcome

Restructured the website into a single, cohesive system—streamlining services to make it easier for patients to navigate, engage, and take action. Introduced more emotional, story-driven imagery to build trust and create a stronger human connection to care.

Through the process, identified core strengths and refined the brand’s identity—extending it consistently across digital platforms.

 

Result
A focused digital destination that supports both patient acquisition and recruitment, turning the website into an active tool for growth rather than a static presence.
