Partnerships and Production a business built on vision and relationships
Events, Production & Cultural Partnerships
From 2015 to 2019, I conceived and built MASHproduction — transforming a 25,000 sq. ft. Los Angeles campus on Exposition Boulevard into one of the city's most sought-after creative production and cultural destinations.

The Situation
An undefined expandedMASHstudios had a 25,000 sq. ft. campus on Exposition Boulevard and a growing reputation in high-end branded interiors — but the space sat dark outside of client visits. The neighborhood was changing, the creative community was moving in, and nobody had connected the dots yet.role pos
What's at stake
A furniture company doesn't naturally become a cultural destination. The risk was real — wrong partnerships, wrong energy, and the brand loses credibility with the exact clients it needed to impress. Done right, it could generate significant revenue, deepen brand relationships, and put MASHstudios in rooms it had no business being in.
My Role
I conceived the concept, built the business model, and executed every part of it — brand partnerships, contracts, legal frameworks, revenue development, and client relationships. I sold and managed every major relationship personally, from Issa Rae and HBO to Apple, Google, and Adidas. Three years. Significant revenue. Real cultural impact. When I left, it ended.

Social Activation & Cultural Partnerships.
A two-year partnership with Issa Rae brought Insecure, HBO, Samsung, Citi, and Beyoncé into the MASHcampus space for monthly cultural gatherings that built genuine community and earned media no budget could buy. Additional activations with Saint Heron, Cîroc, and HBO turned the campus into one of LA's most sought-after creative destinations.

These weren't sponsored events. They were real cultural moments — and they put MASHstudios on the map far beyond the furniture industry.
Global Brand Productions
From 5-150.
Through ProjectPat24 — the creative studio that would later become CitrusMelon — Patrick built and ran the production arm of MASHcampus. Clients included Apple, Google, Mini Cooper, and Adidas. Shoots ranged from intimate 5-person editorial sessions to 150-person commercial productions.
He built the entire operation from scratch — contracts, legal, revenue structure, brand partnerships, and client relationships. Within three years it became a significant standalone business.
